Dispute a Quest

If you think one of your quests was wrongfully rejected by the community, do not worry, you now have the option to dispute that decision!

Here is how to ask for a second opinion and get the points you deserve.

1. Find your rejected quest

Go to the rejected section on the questboard to find your rejected quests.

2. Tap "Dispute this quest"

Open the quest details and simply click on Dispute this quest.

3. Let us handle it

Now, all you need to do is wait. Your submission will be escalated directly to one of our Scannit Admins. Unlike the standard verification process, this review is done by a member of the official team.

4. Get your points

The admin will compare your submission against the instructions. If they approve it, the community decision is overruled, and you will get your points immediately!
